Hello, within the documentation, there are three tutorials for creating photo avatar videos. I can already generate the photo and animate it, but I want to create a video from this animation. I want the video to say exactly the text I type.

Hello! We're using the interactive avatars and they consistently hang at just under 5 minutes. They do this every time, and not when the avatars are idle. We've reset the disableIdleTimeout parameter for good measure, but that hasn't changed anything.

I’m using the HeyGen API for streaming avatars and need to display them in vertical (portrait) mode. However, I haven’t found any API parameters or settings to adjust the aspect ratio for real-time avatars.
Could you confirm if the HeyGen API supports vertical mode for streaming avatars? If not, is there a recommended workaround to achieve this?

I'm using Heygen to create AI videos and have successfully cloned my voice with ElevenLabs. The problem is: when I select my ElevenLabs voice as a 3rd party voice in Heygen via API, the output sounds noticeably different from what I get directly from ElevenLabs.
I’ve already:
✅ Matched all Voice Settings (Stability, Clarity + Similarity, etc.)
✅ Tested the same text input on both platforms

My professional cloned voice from Elevenlabs does not sound like me when I use the api key. Any help would be great.

I have requested for the whitelisting for my Realtime API of avatar through the form, however I have not received any response back.

Hi, from the documentation I see that ice servers and sdp got deprecated as of end of last month. Is there a new way of streaming that was created? If so, is there any documentation and sample code for integrating the new changes?
