Hi Team,

This is Pranay Marri from Kore.ai. We’re currently integrating your avatars with our bots and are exploring the use of custom ElevenLabs voices through your ElevenLabs integration feature.

However, when we try to use our ElevenLabs API key (generated from our enterprise account) within the key section of the ElevenLabs integration, we receive an "invalid key" error — despite the key being valid and active on our end.

We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and understanding if there are specific requirements or limitations for supported keys.
