API - Can we create Realistic Avatar using api?

Hi, we have a use case where some of our users need to create their realistic Avatar, using UI is not scalable since we are expecting hundreds or thousands of them that will be using it.

Is there a way for us to create Realistic Avatar Via API
Note: I checked the documentation and I haven't found documentation about realistic avatar creation.
