I have been streaming a HeyGen Interactive Avatar and exactly at the 1 hour mark from streaming.start_time, the streaming is cut off. We've been in contact with HeyGen Support and they handed us a live-kit-avatar webpage with their API Key so that we could reproduce the same issue. Even after using their key, we faced the same issue and started getting 401 Unauthorized exactly 1 hour from the start time. Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows how to solve it?

Critical Issue: Avatar streams are dropping immediately after speech is queued with event type 'stream_disconnected' and detail: 5. This happens consistently across browsers (Safari, Firefox) and provides no error codes or messages. The issue occurs regardless of our STT implementation, session keepalive, or event handling. This appears to be a fundamental HeyGen streaming service issue that's blocking my production deployment.

I tried to generate video via API., But the request is not hitting and I'm getting Error: getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN api.heygen.com error in the postman. I also tried to ping api.heygen.com but it responds: ping: api.heygen.com: Temporary failure in name resolution

Does HyGen Also provide ASR api for speech to text?

Is this supported? I'm able to create a video from the stock avatar (using the example provided) but when replace the avatar ID and voice ID (both custom) I'm getting error:
