Hi,

I'm trying to upload a video with an alpha channel to preserve a transparent background. As far as I know, only .mov files support transparency with an alpha channel, but I’ve noticed that HeyGen doesn't seem to accept my .mov uploads, even though the format is listed as supported.

Could you help clarify this issue?

Currently, I see there's an option to remove the background after uploading, but it's not an optimal solution. I’d need to process the videos externally (in Final Cut, Premiere, etc.) and then ingest them into HeyGen with the new background of choice.

Is there a recommended format, setting, or workflow to properly upload videos with transparency?
