I’m experiencing persistent issues running a HeyGen interactive avatar that uses WebSockets for audio and LiveKit for video lip sync. The LiveKit video connection behaves inconsistently — sometimes it connects and works correctly, sometimes it starts and then freezes, and most of the time the video loads but does not respond to the text prompts I send.

Is there a programmatic way to import ElevenLabs voices into HeyGen via API? We need to automatically add custom voices created by our users without manual intervention through the dashboard.

If the chat in HeyGen interactive avatar supports markdown and latex, it would make it a great hybrid teacher and greatly enhance the capabilities of avatar, since GPT supplies structured info already. If there's already a way of doing so, please do let me know.

don't work
it ignores the custom audio file and creates a video based on the script + voice_id

Hi I have a critical need to track what the avatar speaks and what the user speaks. When i intercept the AVATAR_TALKING_MESSAGE I dont see the actual text content of what the avatar speaks. Can you provide some help here please?

I want to leverage heygen to use only for audio purposes goal is trigger audio input rathar than video input.
Basically i want to leverage heygen to respond with specified voice id
