Hi HeyGen Team,

We’re using HeyGen’s real-time avatar feature and are based in Europe. We’re currently experiencing noticeable latency and wanted to ask:

Do you have any plans to add servers or infrastructure in the EU to improve performance for European users?

Or do you have any tips how we can improve latency?

Any information on this — or potential options for region-specific deployment — would be greatly appreciated.
