We have recently upgraded to the team plan based on the support team and what they recommended for us to be on to use the nextjs demo: https://docs.heygen.com/docs/interactive-avatar-realtime-api and we are running this demo here: https://github.com/HeyGen-Official/InteractiveAvatarNextJSDemo

We have not done any modifications and are receiving this error below:

We are feeding in a custom knowledgebase ID and using the Elenora tech expert public avatar. We are able to launch the interface, see the avatar, and then at this time we have to initiate the avatar to start the interview with the candidate (as the greeting also doesn't seem to be triggering that we put in the knowledgebase). Once we ask the opening question we can interact with the avatar for 1-2 questions and then get this crash and redirect to the input landing screen in the demo. What is weird is that mid last week I was able to do this on a creator plan and it worked perfectly and i was super excited as this is exactly what we need, then I went to modify it and started getting a similar error, so had another dev try the default demo repo today with upgraded account and got the above error on the default demo also. Any ideas on what we may be doing incorrectly to get the demo working without this DataChannel error on lossy issue and initiate the greeting by the avatar rather than us, as the candidate initiating the interview.
