Dear HeyGen Team,

Hi Hey Gen team, would like to check on the initialize time for the avatar, the attached screenshot is the code i getting from the documentation, when trying to load the avatar, it takes around 10 - 30 secs to initialize, is there anything can be done to reduce the waiting time? This will affect the user experience when they loaded the page but need to wait for a long time to see the avatar to shows up

I created an Avatar IV video using a custom photo in your web interface
The video generated successfully and I received video ID: 577ff79a7c2a4d9d86f47014d74e4163
HeyGen team told me this ID could be used for API access in the popup
However, when using this ID as a talking_photo_id in the API, I get error: "photar_not_found"
Technical Details:
API Endpoint: POST /v2/video/generate
Request Structure:
Apply to daily-lesson...

Error Response: 404 - photar_not_found
Questions:
Is 577ff79a7c2a4d9d86f47014d74e4163 a video ID rather than a talking photo ID?
How can I find the actual talking_photo_id for my Avatar IV photo?
Is there an API endpoint to list my talking photos? (I tried /v2/talking_photo but got unclear results)
What's the correct API approach for generating new videos using an existing Avatar IV photo?

Custom photo avatar named "Confident Claire"
Voice: "Confident Claire" (ID: 5c7a1e3f79f94aeda0e0e83f5096a515)
API Key: Working (verified with /v2/avatars endpoint)
Goal:
Automate video generation using my existing Avatar IV photo avatar via API calls.

I tried using the position argument for subtitles but for some reason, when I have the subtitle arguments, the caption disappears altogether.

Do I need an API subscription and a HeyGen subscription? If I do will I still get unlimited videos for the API?
