APIs timing out: 504 error
I'm trying to test out a few APIs. We are facing issues with timeout, even for the basic GET talking_photo.list Is there a problem with the API/url.
Issue When Creating Talking Photo

I have created a private avatar in the UI, I don't see it in avatars.list in the API
How do I use a custom avatar from the API? I'm not finding anything in the avatars.list for the custom (private) avatars.
How much will I be charged if I exceed the credit limit of my subscription plan?
How much will I be charged if I exceed the credit limit of my subscription plan? or I need subscribe to the Enterprise plan?

Create a talking photo not working
It always throws error:
