Hi, I'd like to know how to get the transcribe from live avatar . I am following the example https://github.com/agmmnn/streaming-api-react-native and it works perfectly with voice recognition from device. Now what's missing is only the transcribe. Could you help me please what API URL or kind of data that i should parse ?
Using own image for interactive avatar icon
Hey there, I'm having an issue replacing the avatar icon with my own image. The image is set to display in front of the iframe content so its blocking the button click. I'm not able to click on the "chat now" and nothing happens when I click on the image.
TITLE for created video using template programmatically
Could anyone please tell how can we get the created video title programmatically via api call.
I checked the api documentation and there is an endpoint(https://api.heygen.com/v1/video_status.get) to get the video details but not any title property mentioned in response.
Even the title as well as duration property is not mentioned in webhook payload.

Session Timeout and Unwanted Avatar Audio Issues
Session Timeout:
Despite setting activity_idle_timeout in the session parameters and implementing a keep-alive mechanism, my sessions are still timing out after approximately two minutes. My application does not exceed that idle period, so I'm unsure why this is happening. Has anyone faced similar session timeout behavior even with keep-alive in place?

I am currently using the Heygen library in my Angular project. In my workflow, when I initially call the avatar, I send the parameter repeat to the streaming.task endpoint. From that point onward, in order to prevent interruptions while the avatar is speaking, I need to mute the user’s microphone. To achieve this, I follow these steps:
