Live avatar integration issue
Hello, i am integrating streaming avatar into our product using live avatar, I can the welcome avatar video stream, but when i send event using livekit, i have't got any video stream. The log is as follow.
I have check the "room.engine.dataChannelOpen", the datachannel is close all the time
503 Errors
I am seeing consistent 503 errors for the https://api.heygen.com/v1/video_status.get endpoint. Occassionally one works, but most of my calls come back with the 503 error.
Why Does HeyGen Error Only When Triggered Through Gumloop Automation?
Hi! I’m having trouble getting HeyGen to run successfully through my Gumloop automation. When I create videos manually inside HeyGen, everything works perfectly, so credits and settings aren’t the issue. Gumloop support checked the workflow on their end and confirmed there’s nothing wrong with the automation or how it’s configured. That means something about how Gumloop is passing parameters to HeyGen’s API is causing the error — but I can’t figure out what.

- Text-Overlay not working:
According to the "Create Avatar Video v2" documentation you can specify a Text-Overlay and send a text-obect via video input.- Sending an text object does nothing, there is no text being displayed on the video.
- Setting the text position values returns an error, saying the value should be less than "1".
- Why is font_weight "bold" the only option ?
- What about text styles like italic or underline ?
- How to do text line breaks ?
