How to configure a name + folder for un uploaded asset?

The upload asset api: https://docs.heygen.com/reference/upload-asset
Does not allow to configure a name or a folder for the asset, so everything falls in the root folder.
And there is api available to rename an asset or move an asset ( it must exist since it's possible on the site: https://api2.heygen.com/v1/asset.update ).

Which endpoint should be used to retrieve video status for generated videos

Hello, I’m using the HeyGen API to create talking photo videos.
The video creation request (POST /v2/video/generate) succeeds and returns a valid video_id,
but when I query the status endpoint, it always returns 404 Not Found — even after several minutes.

Not able to generate video using Template API

I am trying following API:

Using API to create ai clone avator, business focused, videos (with audio). But business terms are not pronounced well

I am making business focused talking avatars though n8n and http requests. The business term pronounciations (i.e. CFO's or SaaS) are sometimes spelled out instead of pronounced out. How can i resolve this? How do i train through the web app? would that affect the api?

Issues with custom Avatars/Voices

We are currently testing the API and found the following issue:

Calling the https://api.heygen.com/v2/video/generate API endpoint returned an error: "Something is wrong, please contact [email protected]

When calling the https://api.heygen.com/v2/video/generate API endpoint to create a task, an error occurred.
The cause and solution are as follows:
{"data": null, "error": {"code": "internal_error", "message": "Something is wrong, please contact [email protected]"}}

From Make.com not able to generate the video using template - Error: [404] ResourceType.HEYGEN_PROJECT not found

api for Video Agent

Hi there,

Similar Engine for API

I beg you, please change the API voice processing to match your interface.
The voice in the interface is much clearer and better than the API.
Even ElevenLabs' settings don't help. The API voice sounds too robotic.
