Hi, im using Avatar IV Video to generate videos where my hero is reading the text (usually ask the questions).
I need to make a small pause before the starting (like one second) and sometimes i need to make the same short pauses (1-1.5 seconds) between sentences. Is it possible?

Hi from 3 days i can see that after i send close session from BE to interactive avatar api we are not receiving event stream disconnected on our frontend side - could you please check if there is some bug? Everything was working until wednesday

Is it possible to generate videos when translating to match the source file frame rate? My source is 24fps but the translated videos are generated at 25 fps

If I want to make a video in landscape format, the looks that appear in portrait format leave empty spaces on the sides, resulting in a very poor image. They don't look professional.
Can't HeyGen solve a proportion issue?

Hi, Im trying working with HeyGen Stream API. For now im able to create to create new session and start session, i want keep session to live so i called keep live api "v1/streaming.keep_alive“, but it's not working even i put session_id to keep live api, i got ”{"status": "error", "message": "Failed to keep session live: 400", "details": "{"code":10002,"message":"invalid session state: closed"}"}" this error after call keep live api
