I choose "Upload Asset" or "Browse for file" but it then says "Protected storage is empty"?

HeyGen has the possibility of sending different takes for the interactive avatar? Like one taken close to the face, another one like general look, and with the kitchen behing, and probably a third the different position.

We're using interactive avatar with id "ef08039a41354ed5a20565db899373f3" & the voice seems too low. How can we increase the volume? Also, we can see that in config there is an option to provide voice id. Where can I find voice options with their ids?

There's a shortcoming I'm seeing with the API where I want to be able to get a list of all of the avatars I have access to and then generate a video after selecting one of the avatars returned in the request. However, the request returns the Avatar ID, but in order to generate a video it actually requires the Avatar Look ID.

Hello! On the interactive avatar I get the watermark and the hey gen branding on the name of the participant. However, I have a paying plan and it was supposed to disappear. Could you please help me with this. I am not using the API I refer to the Zoom connection.

I've tried recording on my macbook and also my google pixel voice recorder. Once they are uploaded to Heygen they sound very different.
