I'm trying to download looks for a video avatar. But it constantly gives the error "Please make sure that the audio is synchronized with the agreed video". I tried uploading different videos, recording videos on the camera, but it still gives out. What can be done?

API cannot access UGC Avatars

Hi I am using make.com and cannot access the UGC avatars (Daran inside booth or Nash 1-4) via the API. Most of the other avatars are accessible but the UGC ones arent. Can you look into this? Thank you

Optimizing Response Time with OpenAI and HeyGen SDK Integration

Good afternoon,
I am using the SDK from the Create a Vite Project with Streaming SDK demo and have integrated OpenAI to handle responses. However, I have noticed a significant increase in response time.
Before integrating OpenAI, the avatar responded in about 4 seconds or even less. Now, with OpenAI integrated, the response time has increased to around 10 seconds.
Is there any way to reduce this delay and optimize communication between HeyGen and OpenAI?
