Hi. I couldn't find any documentation that clarifies whether the $199 includes the entire creation of the personalized streaming avatar starting from the creation, for example, of an instant avatar. In other words: if I buy a streaming avatar for $199, will I be able to use it forever for as long as I want? Or will pricing plans and related available minutes be applied?
Lastly, is there a date when the beta testing phase will end? What will change after?

I notice that HeyGen has provided several tutorials on how to add background music to a video. I even notice there are background sounds in the templates within the platform. However, I have not been successful in adding any background music to my videos, based on the tutorial instructions and I am not able to replace the background music in the templates. Whenever I add the music to the timeline, it is inserted after the voice, and not beneath it. What advice can you give me to reoslve this issue? Thank you.
