I get access denied when trying to open a video_url from the response after making a video via api.

I want to create a series of videos programmatically via API only (no use of the studio). I know I can handle all the Avatar selection, dialog, etc. via the API, but is it possible to add text to the background via API so I can have the Avatar talk about it, “read” the text to the user?

I am working with the Vite Project SDK with a Streaming Avatar and I have tried to improve the time that it takes to formulate/transcribe the questions that the user ask to the avatar and printed in the history chat, also improve the answer time to this question, get the answer and transform it in audio to the avatar. I'd like to get please any advice from you to do this, just like I can see it when I implement the Avatar directly from HeyGen page or embedded the Avatar in my web page.

Why does HeyGen redirect to the get-started page every time I open it? It doesn't let me go to the login page. I've already got a paid account set up.

Since yesterday, we're receiving webhook avatar_video.success events with folder_id: null. The generated videos are actually stored in a folder and we used to get the folder_id in the webhook events until yesterday.

I am using my custom intereactive avatar on my website by iframe and it was implemented to help people for consulting and stuff. The integrated 12 minute duration is not enough for me, how can I change it?

webhook is sending avatar_video_gif.succes to us that we are not subscribed, we Subscribe only for the avatar_video.success, it was working till yesterday but it started failing from today morning only.
