I have an app which will use streaming avatar from heygen to start chat with avatar by text messages .
Video generation
I'm trying to generate a video from a motion capture where I added a sound effect beforehand.
But the videos come out without the sound effect.
What am I doing wrong?
I'm using this endpoint

Error 400 and 401
Can anyone tell me what the hell this error means?
Streaming Avatar - Speak trigger is sometimes slow, and the session fails to stop
I’m using a streaming avatar with a manual speak trigger. Generally, it works quickly with no noticeable delay. However, during a 3-hour non-stop session, there are 2-3 instances where triggering the speak action becomes slow. We wait for up to 2 minutes, but it remains stuck in a loading state.
Failed to start session: voice not found interactive avatar
when creating the interactive avatar I want to use my previously integrated elevenlabs voice that works in the videos, but in the interactive avatar it doesn't let me use it, it gives the error Failed to start session: voice not found

Hello all, I want to upgrade my subscription, I am trying to use interactive avatar, and I cannot seem to be able to have multiple sessions at one.
Issue with photo avatar group
I am building a project for different people, and I noticed that for one avatar group, I can only add images of the same face type. However, I need the ability to add different types of people to a single group. Is there any way to achieve this, or is there a workaround you can suggest?

Issue with Displaying the Name of the Custom Interactive Avatar
Hi, I have a question: I created my custom interactive avatar, but when I insert it into my website by embedded code, its name is not displayed in the interface. Instead of the name, the character "!" is shown. How can I fix this issue? Thank you.
