I notice that HeyGen has provided several tutorials on how to add background music to a video. I even notice there are background sounds in the templates within the platform. However, I have not been successful in adding any background music to my videos, based on the tutorial instructions and I am not able to replace the background music in the templates. Whenever I add the music to the timeline, it is inserted after the voice, and not beneath it. What advice can you give me to reoslve this issue? Thank you.
