interactive avatar inactivity = heygen commercial
When designing a branded experience for a client using the HeyGen Interactive Avatar (embedded or api), we have encountered a significant issue: after 3 minutes of inactivity, the following generic message appears:
"This chat is now closed due to inactivity for over 3 minutes. Thank you for using HeyGen Interactive Avatar. If you would like to chat again, please click ‘Start new chat.’"
This message completely disrupts the tailored branding and professional atmosphere we aim to provide our clients.
We would like to know if this message can be customized to maintain the integrity of the client’s brand experience, which is of utmost importance. Will HeyGen take proactive steps to become more developer-friendly by enhancing customization options, offering greater flexibility, improving communication, and ensuring stability in pricing without abrupt changes? Or is the platform's focus primarily on catering to consumers?
