When I said submit my video, it used credit but it does not create the video.

I am currently integrating Heygen into my product and want to offer my users the functionality to clone their avatars. I am exploring two implementation options and need clarity on their feasibility and technical aspects:

When I press submit for 30 seconds video, the app cancels the render and says "insufficient credits please upgrade your plan" but I have 1 credit and it says it's going to cost 0.5 credits for the render?

I need to use the HeyGen api, but I don't know what rules I can implement in my C# app could you give me examples of how I can apply and what I can do please

I need to create videos using audio generated by me as the basis for my customised avatar via API. The integration apparently works, but in AI Studio all my tests show an error, I've tested with audio and text, but the error persists. The funniest thing is that the platform doesn't tell me the reason for the error, which I think could be improved. If anyone has any idea what it is please, I need help :)

When I copy and paste my Eleven Labs API key I get the error message "please enter a key with letters and numbers only". The API key has an underscore - what to do?

In the streaming avatar API, could you please add in a feature to customize the background like the video generation api? This would be super helpful.
