Hey! im trying to create an avatar with a video background from the heygen module in make but it keeps giving me an error. What can i do? I need to automate the creation of instagram reels. I use json2video for making a background video and i send it to heygen. I theory i dont have any errors!
Zapier, App didn't respond in time
When testing my Zap, it shows that Heygen isn’t responding in time, with no error messages. In "Retrieve Video Details" the callback ID just shows as null. Is there a workaround for this? For example, if I send 5 responses at once and Heygen gives this error, is there a way to handle the capacity better?

Difference Between Interactive Avatars and API Avatars
The interactive avatars available at https://labs.heygen.com/interactive-avatar seem to differ from the ones provided by the API endpoint https://api.heygen.com/v1/streaming/avatar.list.
Still showing ”Failed to start session: Concurrent limit reached, please make sure you have closed other testing sessions under the same account.”
I've tried to use custom AI avatar as Admin said the bug is fixed, but still cannot use it.
HeyGen Parallel Processing under high loads
