I am a Team User (Super Admin) and a Pro API user.

I have tried to use my API Key with Make.com; however, I keep getting the following error: 'Account doesn't exist: Connection not found ' heygen:1283511'. In addition, when I try to submit a GET request in Postman using the URL https://api.heygen.com/v1/status and submit my API Key (and even generating a new API key) I get the following: 404 NOT FOUND.

I would appreciate your support to finding a solution as this is very frustrating across the board and I am working against a deadline.
