When I try to use Interactive Avatar, it shows ”Failed to start session: Concurrent limit reached, please make sure you have closed other testing sessions under the same account.”

When creating an avatar video, is there a concurrency limit, and if multiple requests come in at the same time, is it queued or concurrent?

Can your interactive avatar trigger an event from a certain keyword ? for sales use.... example 1. , user would consult with sales avatar, then avatar can solicit contact by asking user if they would like to book at zoom meeting, if user agrees, avatar can give them a link to google calendar for booking. Example 2. avatar to ask for user contact info like phone and email to collect in backend on an excel sheet for CMR Example 3. avatar can trigger email sending from particullar keyword,event, or scenarios

Isn't it possible to upload 5 avatars with a free account, why can I only upload 3 avatars, I purchased API credits and purchased the Team plan on the HeyGen Web App can be used with video generation, and at the same time, there is no limit on the number of avatars?

I imported my norwegian voice from elevenlabs, but when I try to use it via heygen it is danish no matter what I do. Why is it like this? And can it please be fixed?

I'm currently using HeyGen's live avatar system and would like to know if it's possible to integrate my own LLM API (such as GPT or other language models) rather than using the default AI. Has anyone successfully implemented a custom LLM integration with HeyGen avatars? If so, could you share any documentation or guidance on the process?

I'm having trouble using the interactive avatar on a mobile phone, but in a computer it works fine. I'm using an API integration with Eleven Labs voice. I've already tried to give access to the microphone on the mobile browser but the problem persists. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I have created a Next JS app and I have integrated Heygen with it. I have multiple avatars and they work well but I have an intro message which the avatars speak a bit fast. Is there any way I can make them speak slower ?

I would like to use my own OpenAI (or other LLM) with HeyGen's interactive avatar. Is this possible? If not can I send the my own system prompt the your current implementation through the API? I am using the Live SDK.
