API request failed with status 400

When I reload Heygen and open it again I get "API request failed with status 400" and then I need to wait for 20 seconds to open it again

Concurrency Creator Plan

With the Creator plan, how many concurrent video generations can I have at once? If I want to generate 10 videos at once will i be able to do this?

if I choose a tariff plan from API(PRO). will there be an api button in the web interface to replace pictures and videos? give instructions on how to generate a video from a template through the API and change the video pictures and title there, as well as transmit the voiceover text and announcer’s voice through the API
