Interactive avatar demonstration

Can I implement the following functionality where the Heygen interactive avatar plays the role of a customer, presenting queries, while I, acting as an agent, respond using Gen AI integration? The goal is to simulate a scenario with the following 10-step conversation: an irate customer and a BPO employee working together to resolve a tech support-related issue.

Can we access the API as api2.heygen.com?

I was working on the interactive API and came across the API URL https://api2.heygen.com/v1/streaming/avatar.list. But when I try to call this from postman I get 401 unauthorized. Is there a way to call this API or is it a restricted API for developers?

Using API to create a photo avatar with motion - not consistent with web interface

I created a photo-based avatar and added motion using the HeyGen API but the result is not consistent with taking the same photo, uploading it to the HeyGen web interface, and adding motion to the photo (selecting the Consistent mode and not providing any input for the prompt). With the API, the photo avatar looks occasionally to the left. That is not the case with the avatar created via the web interface. Do you know what is going on?
