I am using @heygen/streaming-avatar npm package in my react project. When I type a text, the avatar starts speaking that text. But what I need is when I type a question, the avatar should answer it based on the knowledge base I have added to that avatar.

Hello. Integrated interactive avatar on my website. On all browsers, both mobile and PC (Chrome, Opera, Edge, Safari, Bravo ) the avatar has only voice-to-video input. On Firefox it has both text-to-video and voice-to-video input enabled.

I hired a developer on Upwork, He created ai avatar using ai avatar from Heygen but to my surprise he is asking me a hosting server where he would host the ai avatar. I am not sure why but my thinking is i dont need to do this as i am using Heygen server.

On the tool I can choose the orientation of the video (portrait or landscape) but I can't find this parameter in the api and when I choose dimensions that are those of a portrait, the video is not adapted to the format, it is a landscape video inserted in a portrait format. Do you know how I can do it ?

I want the avatar to wait for the user to complete his/her speech. Now, if the user takes some pause to gather thoughts, the avatar interrupts them by speaking. How can I solve this?
I looked for the solution in the documentation and found userSilencePrompt, but I am not sure whether this helps or not. Help me, please, overcome this

So i am running the avatar's streaming sdk and its sole task is to repeat my inputs, but when the avatar goes in idle state it gives responses on its own.
