I have registered a webhook endpoint (status is enabled), but it is not being triggered when I create a new avatar video.

Hello! I'm reaching out to inquire about the API availability of two newly released features:

We are interested in implementing custom voices through the streaming API. I have read through the repo https://github.com/HeyGen-Official/pipecat-realtime-demo and it appears to be doing some of what we want to do, it is using python and pipecat though which isn't an option for us. The documentation isn't clear as to what client side apis we could use to accomplish this, can you point us in the right section?
Photo avatars support Stream Avatars
I can't see a way to use photo avatars in the Streaming Avatar API. Is that something that is planned in the future?
