Clients will ask, How often is the interactive avatar being used? Was it used 2 hours, 8 hours, etc, last month? Clients want to know if it is actually being used, if it is worth developing it, etc.

When designing a branded experience for a client using the HeyGen Interactive Avatar (embedded or api), we have encountered a significant issue: after 3 minutes of inactivity, the following generic message appears:
"This chat is now closed due to inactivity for over 3 minutes. Thank you for using HeyGen Interactive Avatar. If you would like to chat again, please click ‘Start new chat.’"
This message completely disrupts the tailored branding and professional atmosphere we aim to provide our clients.
We would like to know if this message can be customized to maintain the integrity of the client’s brand experience, which is of utmost importance. Will HeyGen take proactive steps to become more developer-friendly by enhancing customization options, offering greater flexibility, improving communication, and ensuring stability in pricing without abrupt changes? Or is the platform's focus primarily on catering to consumers?

I try to create videos via API but get an error - not sure what other information I am to post as I dont have any information available other then the message on the heygen page

Hi, we are wondering if there is a way to pause streaming the avatar so it does not keep using the API credits. We are having it conduct an assessment and gathering information that could take some time and we want to make it where the users can pause the conversation if they need to. Is this functionality possible?

Hello, I am working on a custom project using the Interactive Avatar SDK with Vite, based on the "Create a Vite Project with Streaming SDK" demo. I am currently using the audio-handler and adding the model like this:
formData.append("model", "whisper-1").

I am using Steaming avatar SDK, can I extend the timeout beyond 10 minutes? If yes, how can I do that?
