File .srt is downloaded from dashboard. File .ass is downloaded from api /v1/video_status.get. But content is not same. Why?

I’m using the avatar generation API. I added a caption, but the caption in the video is incomplete compared to the spoken content. When I check the “Edit Caption” section on the HeyGen dashboard, the full caption appears correctly, but the caption in the video is missing parts. Could you please help me check this?

Hi team, I can not figure how to add pauses (1s, 2s, 5s...) to the input_text when create Avatar Video using API, in some other platform, it uses format [pause 1s]... but don't know how to do this with Heygen, can you please help with this?

is it possible to customize the UI of an in bed for a public avatar such as the button color and the written intro message explaining what the avatar is.
