Which api shall i use to generate video from the translated text

When trying to use the new UGC actors I get this error:

For an interactive avatar session using streaming API, how to get all the texts (entire transcript) of the conversation? And is the recording available?

How tp Upload Proofread SRT via API. Or any way we can pass video audio file and video file in API to lip sync. Or any way to provide SRT file and Video file for Lip Sync.
