Session Timeout:
Despite setting activity_idle_timeout in the session parameters and implementing a keep-alive mechanism, my sessions are still timing out after approximately two minutes. My application does not exceed that idle period, so I'm unsure why this is happening. Has anyone faced similar session timeout behavior even with keep-alive in place?

I'm encountering a recurring issue while using the streaming.task API for avatar conversations. After the avatar answers a few questions, it suddenly stops listening/responding. Upon inspecting the console and network tab, here's what I found:

I am currently using the Heygen library in my Angular project. In my workflow, when I initially call the avatar, I send the parameter repeat to the streaming.task endpoint. I received an email the said there was an error, and I need to re do the consent script "Please follow the consent script and read it clearly". How do I re do the consent or do I have to delete and start over?

I’m wondering if HeyGen allows specifying the audio track format when generating videos. Because on MacOS devices, if the audio track is in MP3 format, the sound doesn’t play.

Sometimes, Heygen gets stuck during the connection process. It emits the heygen_ready event, but I don’t receive a success message from the server — it keeps waiting for a response.
