How long does it take to generate a video using a template in the paid version Team or API PRO?

We have an interactive avatar Bot using HeyGen Interactive avatar API with a custom bot engine. Everything works great except that we can't detect the event that the Bot has stopped speaking. This is very cruical for us to enable the mic for the user (who is interacting with the avatar).

So i have tried to create a workflow within Make.com but in the end it always comes back as: "Video render failed, we are looking into this issue. Video credits refunded. Contact Us"

I'm developing a Flutter App that use you're API and LiveKit.
I'm having some issue with the Websocket API, i open succesfully the connection on the url wss://api.heygen.com/v1/ws/streaming.chat with my sessiontoken, but when i send the audio the Avatar doesn't react at all.
I'm sending a PCM16 mono.
I've tried with a echo websocket to test if the audio is sent correctly, and it's ok.

Isn't it possible to upload 5 avatars with a free account, why can I only upload 3 avatars, I purchased API credits and purchased the Team plan on the HeyGen Web App can be used with video generation, and at the same time, there is no limit on the number of avatars?

I imported my norwegian voice from elevenlabs, but when I try to use it via heygen it is danish no matter what I do. Why is it like this? And can it please be fixed?

I would like to use my own OpenAI (or other LLM) with HeyGen's interactive avatar. Is this possible? If not can I send the my own system prompt the your current implementation through the API? I am using the Live SDK.
