I am using my custom intereactive avatar on my website by iframe and it was implemented to help people for consulting and stuff. The integrated 12 minute duration is not enough for me, how can I change it?

webhook is sending avatar_video_gif.succes to us that we are not subscribed, we Subscribe only for the avatar_video.success, it was working till yesterday but it started failing from today morning only.

Anyone has issues that if send a job to v2/video/generate to not generate the video?
I am sending via CURL a simple request and is there now over 10 hours in queue.

Just today the API captions endpoint started returning captions with overlapping timestamps or even timestamps where the previous caption time is after the subsequent caption time.
Actually, ever since I started using the API for captions, the timing has been slightly off. Can you look into this for me? Captions are vital for my use case.

Hello, we are using HeyGen to generate custom videos with avatars, however when trying to access the videos in a player they dont have a sound. What could be the cause for this?
