Error uploading photo
When trying to upload the same photo, an error "nsfw content detected" occurs if I do it through the API, but when I do it through ui, this error does not occur
Maybe there is an explanation for this
Streaming API doesn't start
Hi, we're using the streaming API to interact with an avatar. The avatar is launched at page load, however sometimes the avatar doesn't start streaming at all. The API calls in the network tab are all ok and in the right order and there are no messages in the console to indicate an error.
Why is my interactive avatar not working in beta? I've tried Ryan and Wayne, they blink their eyes, but never talk or respond. I just updated my account and paid for an interactive avatar, but wanted to interact and ask questions to existing Heygen interactive avatars, but no luck. Any ideas what might be wrong? Thanks so much!
Need help with getting Ryan and Wayne's interactive avatars to talk to me. They just sit their blinking their eyes after I click start chat.
Wrong aspect ratio for some avatars
When I generate a video through the API, with some avatars, the generated video has a incorrect aspect ratio.

HEYGEN API TEMPLATE
In your heygen free API plan, it says that we can produce videos from templates, but when I try to produce it, it gives me an error because the templates are 1920 1080 and the free plan only allows 720p. How can I reduce the resolution of the templates? There is no such option.
