although i have Pro api credit plan and have enough api credits. I don't understand why i am getting quota not enough error, I was not getting that error earlier

The streaming avatar frequently interrupts during conversations, responding too quickly when the user takes natural pauses. This makes interactions feel rushed and less natural. Is there a way to introduce a slight delay in response to allow for more fluid and natural conversations?

Hello! We're using the interactive avatars and they consistently hang at just under 5 minutes. They do this every time, and not when the avatars are idle. We've reset the disableIdleTimeout parameter for good measure, but that hasn't changed anything.

I’m using the HeyGen API for streaming avatars and need to display them in vertical (portrait) mode. However, I haven’t found any API parameters or settings to adjust the aspect ratio for real-time avatars.
Could you confirm if the HeyGen API supports vertical mode for streaming avatars? If not, is there a recommended workaround to achieve this?
