I am utilizing your API endpoint to create a talking video. I noticed that while you internally support the Elevenlabs, you don't provide an external option through which we can pass the Eleven's audio ID in the Heygen API endpoints.

When trying to translate a personal video from English to Thai, Thai is no longer appearing as an option for the target language. This has been happening for several days now. There is a message saying that 'locales are upgrading'. There are only a fraction of the target languages displaying at the moment. Are you likely to resolve this in the next few days?

why does the video translate in hey gen keep showing error, i hav created the video avatar speaking english in heygen, its an mp4 file, then i upload it to translate function from english to chinese and it continually shpws error after it starts uploading....

When creating a personalised video, an error ocurred did't matter which template I tried. I can proceed further.

i bought the creator plan so i can skip the long queue but now the videos are stuck at 1% ready... i've seen other ppl using the translator and it wasnt this slow!!!

Wondering if anyone else has experienced audio glitches with streaming avatars. I created a video today and before I submit, the avatar syncs with the scrip without issue. However, after submitting, there are abrupt audible noises that appear during slide transitions.
