video translation not working if video has parts where avatar is missing
I wanted to translate a lot of videos from my website www.webcatechesi.it from Italian to Spanish and English but when I submit for translation I get an error, I guess it's because the speaker is not always visible, it is alternated with various images. Wondering if this issue has been fixed, or if I can be notified when it is fixed so I can proceed with my membership again, thanks!

Hi my photo avatar moves too much as it talks, despite selecting neutral emotions. Is there a way to keep the head static while only animating the mouth and eyes? Thanks a lot
"tts Request error" while editing scripts
I'm getting this error while trying to edit a video text script. Appears to block any other possible action on the video. I'd appreciate any help, or possible workaround. Thanks.

While editing the script of a new video, I'm getting a “Daily rate limit exceeded” message that blocks any other possible action, over the clip. A bit surprising, since I've been working for less than two hours today.

Hello I have team billing and it says I can remove the watermark but there is still a HeyGen logo on my video once submitted. How do I remove this?
Template Editing in Creator Mode
HeyGen AI studio is not allowing to edit and save old templates. It is opening subscription portal (Creator subscription is taken) when we are trying to save edited templates.
Session limit
Hello, we're experiencing some issue with the streaming avatar API. The new session request took too much time to resolve and we ended up not having the session ID token. It's been over an hour and we can't close (we have no session ID) nor creaate a new session (since the other one hasn't been closed). But shouldn't the session be closed after like 3 minutes without interacting with it ?

problem for the demo of a streaming avatar
I noticed that you are experiencing issues with excessive traffic for the streaming avatar demo: is this a problem that you will resolve, or will there be a possibility in the future that users may have to wait several minutes before accessing their avatar?
