When using the streaming sdk I wish to also store the information that the agent is returning once I send a text message in my chat window so that I can display the same text to the user within the chat window. Is that currently a limitation within the streaming sdk?

We've been really enjoying Sofia's avatar for our needs in demoing the interactive avatar capabilities but were hoping to also record a presentation video with her and stitch the two together. Any plans to release her or others available via the interactive demo for other, non-interactive projects?
