Please I can't understand why everytime I upload an image and I try to generate an avatar from it this message appears "moderation policy violated". And there's no way to understand why. I've tried so much images I always have tis issue.

I finally created my video to upload to HeyGen. It’s 2:16. I keep getting an error message that the video needs to be between 2 and 5 minutes. Why would I continue getting an error message when the video is between the 2 and 5 minute requirement?
