Upgraded subscription to purchase API credits but no API key?
I added $100/mo and went ahead with the checkout flow.
I already have an interactive avatar purchased for $49/mo.
It says "Subscription Updated" but still doesn't give me access to the API key.

Heygen logo in right botton corner
I have a creator account and I have already generated videos, where no heygen logo appeared. However in a video that I generated today a heygen logo appears in the bottom right, why?
How do I fix this error

Why doesn't my trial token work after upgrading my subscription for creator?
I upgraded my subscription and now the trial token I was using just before that suddenly breaks. I checked and the token didn't even change. What's wrong and what should I do?
No face detected! (Expressive Photo Avatar)
I've uploaded a clear and high-resolution horizontal photo of myself with a super clear face (and even teeth available). But it keeps saying "No Face Detected" for Expressive Photo Avatars.
