Template Editing in Creator Mode
HeyGen AI studio is not allowing to edit and save old templates. It is opening subscription portal (Creator subscription is taken) when we are trying to save edited templates.
Session limit
Hello, we're experiencing some issue with the streaming avatar API. The new session request took too much time to resolve and we ended up not having the session ID token. It's been over an hour and we can't close (we have no session ID) nor creaate a new session (since the other one hasn't been closed). But shouldn't the session be closed after like 3 minutes without interacting with it ?

problem for the demo of a streaming avatar
I noticed that you are experiencing issues with excessive traffic for the streaming avatar demo: is this a problem that you will resolve, or will there be a possibility in the future that users may have to wait several minutes before accessing their avatar?
unable to Create new session --> data: { code: 10013, message: 'avatar not allow' }
The demo app from github works.. but it doesn't have AvatarID and VoiceID... so When I try to recreate the demo by moving some of the code to server.js and try to call the same functions with Avatar ID provided with Avatars on the website and VoiceID using the API call https://api.heygen.com/v1/voice.list .

videos are not loading on HeyGen
This is the second day of such a problem. When uploading short videos, it shows that the video is loaded at 100% but does not start processing. And when I upload a long video for translation, the load reaches 35% and hangs. Previously, this problem did not occur.
