I'm using the Heygen API to generate videos from text input. The output is mostly great, but I’ve noticed that in some videos, the avatar’s eyes are closed in the final frame, which affects the visual polish.

Hello! I am looking for a API to create a photo avatar with my own images. I want to upload a photo of myself and create a avatar i can use with the generate avatar video API. is there such an API or can i only create it manually by uploading photos on the platform? Thanks

I have been trying hard to send the knowledgeId when trying to "createAvatar" SDK function but it does not start with the opening Intro. On the other hand it works with the embded Iframe. Is there any attribute that I am missing.

Why the avatar works only with the chat on the phone or tablet (android) and is impossible switch on voice mode?

I have lost all my available credits because of this. Do you know why it is stuck?

I am developing a mobile application that must have, among its features, an interactive avatar based on artificial intelligence.
To test it I created a simple demo page following your examples for Intereractive Avatar integration.
When I access from desktop or mobile via the Chrome browser I have no problems and it works correctly.
Using Unity's custom web browser, I can start the connection but it does not show me the video streaming.
Do you have any solutions to suggest as?
