I no longer needing the Interactive Avatar - Avatar Slots subscription of $49 per month plan, so how can I cancel the plan, as I am not able to cancel it?

For some reason when I send the request to create a video avatar IA everything goes fine until the video loads but when it finishes it gives Error, I don't understand why I have verified the Avatar Id and Voice Id but it is so ok or so I think:

Whenever I try and search for any video in the video element tab, it says no results found. Even though I've searched these terms before and videos have come up.
