Hi,
We're currently integrating ElevenLabs with HeyGen. Our setup allows the ElevenLabs agent to handle full conversations with users, and we use HeyGen’s interactive avatar to deliver the responses back to the user.
Here's our current flow:

In the interactive demo, you have to press the START button. When I try to modify the coding to automatically start when the page loads (for example button("startBtn").click() sort of. ) Everything I try starts it up, but the A/V doesn't show up? Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, I would say that the media part starts up in the wrong order or something. I know, it is a rookie question but ....

Can we access video agent via api?

I need to render an idle animation but I cannot figure out how ... chat support told me:

I developed the project using React and integrated HeyGen Avatar using streaming-avatar SDK.
But it takes about 10-20 seconds while loading

Avatar displays right after the project starts, but loading takes about 10-20 seconds, it takes too long, how to fix this issue

I’m building a live interactive avatar that would require dynamically updating its knowledge base during ongoing interactions. Specifically, I want the avatar to retain the context of previous questions and answers so it can reference that history and ask more contextually relevant follow-up questions in real time.
