I created an avatar which I decided needed a redo. I deleted it and uploaded a new video. Now I can't get it through because of this error message "Instant Avatar Identity Match failed"

I tried deleting and starting over no joy. I've recorded the identity authorization 3 times now and no luck. I'm not upgrading to a paid plan if I can't test this out.

Any help appreciated!
