I was referred here from [email protected]. My company is developing an AI sales tool using the interactive avatar embed from labs.heygen.com.

We are noticing that the preload overlay stays on the screen after the chat conversation has begun and the avatar has started talking.

We have a large scale launch coming up and are hoping that this can be addressed.
