Hi Team,

We are using the HeyGen API in our backend to generate real-time videos with avatars of actual individuals.

We will collect and share explicit video consent from them in any format you require, where they clearly state their permission to use their likeness to create an avatar.

Also, videos created via HeyGen API will be template based only, so template-based video will only be generated one after the another.

Given this setup, how can we collect consent without directing users to the HeyGen interface? As HeyGen is being used as a backend service, we prefer not to disclose to users that HeyGen is powering this functionality.
