Voice Glitch in Specific Avatar + Language Switching Issue Across Avatars

Hi ,

I'd like to report two issues I've encountered while using your avatars, and I’d appreciate it if you could help explain what might be causing them:

1.Voice glitch in a specific avatar:

This happens with Voice ID: 05a6438db65442b0bbe31526e5fe8d80.

The voice sometimes suddenly shifts into a high-pitched tone for a few seconds, then goes back to normal.

I’ve tested other voices, and this only seems to affect this one.

Could you help me understand what might be causing this distortion?

2.Language switching at the start of a session:

Occasionally, the avatar begins speaking in a non-English language, even though I’ve set the language to English.

This seems to occur after an unexpected disconnection from the Heygen API. When I reconnect and resume the session, the first sentence is sometimes in a different language.

After I start interacting in English, the avatar returns to English correctly.

Why does this language switch happen, and is there a way to prevent it after reconnection?
