Detecting User-Side Internet Issues During Stream or Connection with HeyGen

Hi team,

I’m working on a project that uses HeyGen for real-time avatar streaming or video generation. I wanted to ask — is there any built-in mechanism or best practice in HeyGen to detect if the end user is experiencing internet connectivity issues?

For example:

  1. Delayed connection to the HeyGen server
  2. Lag or stuttering in the avatar stream
  3. Poor streaming quality due to network problems

It would be very helpful if there's a way to handle such scenarios — like callbacks, status flags, or API events — so that we can notify the user or take fallback actions on our side.

Looking forward to any guidance or suggestions on this.

Thanks!
