Audio file with avatar background sounds effects

Hey i have created an talking_photo avatar with motion and sound effects. When i use this avatar in my video generation and with a speech Audio file through the API( as in "voice": {

"audio_asset_id": "assetID"
} ).

The speech Audio and motion works perfectly fine but it seems like the sound effect dissapears. Is there a way to combine audio and sound effects so that my final results has both?
