Streaming errors after update 2.0.16

Recently been seeing lots of errors with the streaming avatar, possibly after the release of 2.0.16

API request failed with status 400

WebSocket is already in CLOSING or CLOSED state.

Unknown DataChannel error on lossy

Unknown DataChannel error on reliable

The stream was working last week. These are also present in the HeyGen Interactive Avatar SDK NextJS Demo

Was there any breaking changes, or anything I need to do?
