Urgent: Audio Voices Not Supported for Realtime Avatar in API Response

I am currently integrating with the Heygen API, specifically the /v2/voices endpoint, and have encountered a critical issue. According to the documentation and previous experience, some voices such as "Dexter" are supported for Realtime Avatar usage. However, the API response is incorrectly showing that none of the voices, including Dexter, are supported for Realtime Avatar.

This is causing a major disruption to our workflow, as we are unable to proceed with any of the voice options for real-time generation. Could you please investigate and resolve this as soon as possible? If there has been a change in support status or an update in how this data is presented via the API, I’d greatly appreciate clarification.
